Adrea Rubin releases New Movers file

Adrea Rubin has made available the Moving and Grooving New Movers with Children list.

The list lets companies reach families new to a neighborhood. Because of the recent life change, new movers are often good prospects for direct mail-solicited offers. With a one-month universe of 340,650, selections available include age, income, marital status, dwelling type, mortgage data, home value, move location and religion.

The list is available by e-mail or FTP for $50/M, or by disk, CD or DVD for $25/M
