Acxiom
Acxiom Corporation has acquired list and data company MKTG Services Inc., to expand its capabilities to the small and midsize business markets. MKTG specializes in marketing solutions for credit risk, bankruptcy identification and other data services. The acquired company's senior management team, led by SVP Stacey Girt, will join Acxiom, and the company's sales team will remain intact.
