Acxiom Takes Over 40 Percent of Exchange Marketing Group

Data product provider Acxiom Corp., Conway, AR, announced an agreement that resulted in a 40 percent equity investment in the database consulting firm Exchange Marketing Group, Boston and an option to acquire the company in the future. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.


Exchange Marketing Group's consulting process model is based on the concept of Value Exchange, which allows companies to tailor the value invested in customers and prospects commensurate with the potential value to be received.
