Active Athlete acquires GolfBuzz
Active Athlete Inc., an online media company for sports enthusiasts, has acÂquired GolfBuzz Inc., an online publishing service centered around the golf commuÂnity. Active Athlete said in a statement that it plans to extend the GolfBuzz technology across all of its sports channels and that the buy is part of its strategy to bring its more than 180 sports-specific publishers and brand advertisers a complete set of advertising offerings.
