Access Worldwide Hires Franklin Group
Access Worldwide Communications Inc., Boca Raton, FL, yesterday retained Franklin Group Inc., Somerville, NJ, for sample accountability consulting and education services relating to the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.The pharmaceutical consulting firm's compliance expertise and processes will enable Access Worldwide to provide services to the sample accountability and patient assistance industries.
Franklin Group will provide Access Worldwide with objective compliance oversight to help meet the regulations recently passed under the PDMA, which takes effect Dec. 4, and will conduct seminars for the marketing services organization's associates to train personnel on the new regulations.
