Abacus Enhances Database Tool, Adds Clients

Abacus, Broomfield, CO, said yesterday that it has enhanced its ClearEDGE database solution and added six new multichannel marketing clients to the roster of ClearEDGE users. The enhancements include several additions to its reporting capabilities.


Some of the new reports are an order product affinity report that shows what products are ordered together; a contribution margin by original source report that shows what lists, keywords and/or affiliates are driving the most profitable customers; and a merchandise sold by week report that shows what product sell best during a specific week.


Another enhancement to ClearEDGE is a functionality upgrade to automate report processing. Among Abacus' six new ClearEDGE clients are Caswell-Massey, Eastwood and FLAX Art & Design.
