DMEF names Rising Stars

The Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF) has named Janet Barker-Evans, SVP at Draftfcb, Todd Leiser, VP of database marketing at Rodale Inc., Joseph Pak, sales operations senior analyst Google, Inc.; Joe Pych, founder and president of NextMark Inc.; and Jeff Yowell, founder, president and CEO of Datacore Marketing.as the 2008 DMEF Rising Stars Award winners. The awards will be presented at DMEF's Rising Stars Awards Dinner on June 10.

DMA List Leaders announces its officers

The committee, which bills itself as a forum for senior-level list executives and owners to discuss trends and challenges in the list profession, named Jay Schwedelson, corporate VP of Worldata, as chairman and Fran Green, chief revenue strategist at American List Counsel Inc., as vice chair.
