Shawn Wang, CFO of Chinese search engine Baidu, passed away at the end of last month in an accident while on vaca­tion. He joined the company in 2004 and is credited with helping the company suc­cessfully list on the Nasdaq stock market in 2005. The company, which had a 60.5% share of China's search engine market in the Q3, reported a 113.2% increase in year-over-year revenue.
