Publicis and Google Inc. plan to partner on digital advertising. Google intends to exchange its technology for Publicis' analytical and media planning, more details have yet to be released. Last year, Publicis Groupe, the fourth largest advertising holding company, bought ad agency Digitas for $1.3 billion.
