3com Adds Real-Time Access to Publishing

3com Corp., Santa Clara, CA, has signed a deal with eBusiness Technologies that will provide online business clients with real-time access to its publishing services.


The agreement with eBusiness Technologies, Providence, RI, will allow 3com customers to view pricing, warranty information and product availability online. Another service offered, as a result of the deal, includes the ability to customize information for channel partners, suppliers and customers, enabling personalized Web pages based on client profiles.
