24/7 Media, USA.NET Join Forces on Interactive Marketing Services

24/7 Media Inc., New York, teamed up yesterday with USA.NET in a reciprocal agreement to market each other's services.


Terms of the deal were not disclosed.


USA.NET, a provider of e-mail and messaging services, plans to offer its clients 24/7 Exactis' e-mail services. 24/7 Media said it would offer its clients USA.NET's outsourced messaging services.


"The relationship enables our clients to outsource their e-mail marketing and e-mail hosting and management services to 24/7 Exactis and USA.NET, which allows clients to maintain focus on their core business," said Mark Danchak, 24/7 Media's senior vice president of product marketing.


USA.NET, Colorado Springs, CO, said it provides its services to more than 3,000 corporate clients, including American Express and American Airlines. Its outsourced messaging services include Performance Messaging, a highly available and scalable service; Enterprise Messaging, aimed at big businesses; and Web Messaging, a messaging service for Web portals.
