21st Century Adds Ethnic Homeowners

21st Century Marketing Inc., Farmingdale, NY, was named list manager for three ethnic new homeowners files from data compiler HomeData.


The HomeData African American New Homeowners file has 831,000 names, the HomeData Hispanic New Homeowners file has 1.5 million names and the HomeData Spanish-Speaking New Homeowners file has 605,000 names. The base prices for all three files are $70/M.


Selections on these files include dwelling type, gender, length of residence, phone number and geography.


HomeData, Melville, NY compiles the information from county courthouse deed transactions, which are published and in the public domain. HomeData is a subsidiary of Siegent Corp., Boca Raton, FL, a data content provider to the National Association of Realtors.
