1-800-Flowers Adds .com to Name, Will File for IPO
1-800-FLOWERS, Westbury, NY, changed its name to 1-800-FLOWERS.com last week and announced that it was filing a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the initial public offering of up to $150 million of its class A common stock.A company spokesman said he could not disclose the actual number of pieces of common stock that will be made available or the reason for changing the name.
